Air Bubble Wrap
Bubble wrap is an indispensable and versatile plastic material, commonly used in protecting fragile wares and general purpose packing product.
Made with clear LDPE ( Low Density Polyethylene )
bubble wraps come in:
+ 10mm diameter (small bubble for common protection)
+ 25mm diameter (larger bubble for heavy duty protection)
+ Double layer (flat surface on both sides)
+ Pink colour (with anti-static properties)
Additionally, it can be laminated with;
PE foam, Kraft paper, Printed colour film, Aluminium foil
And be further converted into;
thicker padding protection, bubble mailer bags, confectionary sheet, roofing insulation.
PE Foam
PE (Polyethylene) foam is a versatile packaging material, made from foaming LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene) resin in a horizontal extrusion process.
Its surface is highly suitable in protecting materials against scratches, bumps and knocks. Without any odour, or chemical (PE foam is RoHS compliant) in the composition, PE foam is an inert material able to be in contact with any surface material.
